A unique opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a specialised outdoor learning environment, supporting students aged 11-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The Role:
The successful candidate will:
• Provide tailored support to small groups and individual students in a nurturing environment.
• Assist in delivering engaging and creative lessons, incorporating outdoor learning.
• Build trusting relationships with students to support their emotional well-being.
• Use effective behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, structured, and stimulating environment.
Requirements:
