We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Sr. Director of Technology Partnerships who can help us develop and manage key OEM partners to deliver next-generation technology solutions. Based in our modern New York City or Irvine office you will be responsible for OEM partnerships across all technologies.
What you’ll be doing
As part of the CTO Organization, you’ll partner with our technology teams to engage OEMs to manage their performance, develop unique solutions, co-develop product offerings, and negotiate agreements to provide solutions for our customers. At all levels, colleagues will rely on your expertise to develop and grow technology partnerships to help deliver innovative solutions. It’s a broad-scoped role, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be responsible for the following.
1. Manage all major OEM partner relationships for DAS, RAN, Core, Wi-Fi, and Network Infrastructure
2. Manage strategic engagement at national and local levels, including targeted verticals and strategic business development initiatives
3. Deliver regular OEM partner performance reporting, including scorecards, business reviews, funnel reviews, and nationwide engagement
4. Align and coordinate OEM management with Boldyn global teams
5. Engage and represent Boldyn across industry organizations, e.g. WIA, OnGo Alliance, O-RAN Alliance and industry-focused verticals
6. Develop product offerings with OEMs, including teaming agreements, press releases, co-marketing, case studies, and vertical solutions
7. Coordinate with key internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Business Development, Procurement, Legal, Technology, and Operations
8. Engage in strategic RFPs to negotiate with OEMs to deliver compelling solutions and offers to differentiate Boldyn’s proposals
9. Work closely with technology teams to support product development and negotiate favorable outcomes from OEMs
10. Develop a technology partnership framework, including performance management, engagement, and reporting
What you’ll bring

11. At least 10 years experience working for and/or managing wireless telecom and Wi-Fi OEMs
12. Previous experience managing suppliers and developing relationships with partners in the wireless telecom and Wi-Fi industries
13. Relevant major wireless carrier experience working with wireless network teams
14. Working knowledge of 3GPP, Wi-Fi, and networking protocols and architectures
15. Executive-level engagement experience with OEMs
16. Cross-functional leadership experience
17. At least 15 years of combined wireless and wi-fi industry experience
18. Bachelor of Science in a related field, or equivalent experience
19. Previous experience in network performance monitoring, management, and optimization, including subscriber Quality of Experience monitoring
20. Microsoft Office software suite skills
