Description Grade UE06 - £32,982 - £38,205 per annum, pro rata College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences - Moray House, School of Education & Sport Part time - 17.5 hours per week Fixed term contract - 31 December 2026 The Opportunity: The post-holder will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of Grasping Data and some broader activities for the Children, Interaction, and Design group. They will proactively undertake general administration, management of communications, event organisation, and financial administration including the management of transactions, procurement, team expenses. They will also support the collection of impact data and preparation of regular reports including documenting and uploading project outputs. They will maintain project finance records, monitor income and expenditure, forecast financial position and administer the research project grant in liaison with the relevant University of Edinburgh School Research, Knowledge Exchange and Impact (RKEI) Offices.
