Cadwyn is a community housing association based in Cardiff and is part of the Cadarn Housing Group. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Hostel Assistant to join our Supported Housing Department. The department manages two hostels for families experiencing homelessness. We support over 100 families each year. We work with families to help them achieve their potential.
This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for residents during the night. You will provide a high level of customer service whilst trying to meet customer needs. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the hostels' cleanliness and will complete nightly cleaning tasks following a cleaning checklist.
You will work night shifts 8pm - 6am (4 on then 4 off)
