Contact Centres – Sales
Our Corporate Team is looking for a dynamic Residential Sales professional that can drive the performance of our Sales portfolios. Our department works with Investors and Institutional clients, handling the sales function of medium to large-scale portfolios. We are seeking candidates that have at least 1 year’s experience in residential sales to join our team. This is an office-based role, and the performance will depend on your ability to build strong relationships with our various branches, working with the sales teams to generate the best outcome for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake duties in line with signed Service Level Agreements.
2. Identify and instruct the appropriate marketing branch(es).
3. Monitor the marketing of the property and check that the branch has completed all appropriate marketing, including internet advertising, adding the property to the branch mailing list, erecting a For Sale board, and placing the property in the branch window display.
4. Obtain a weekly update from the marketing branch regarding viewing numbers and feedback.
5. Instigate price reductions if necessary.
6. Manage the negotiation of any offer received between the client and the branch.
7. Consult with solicitors to ensure the conveyancing process is effectively managed and enquiries are chased on both sides.
8. Report to clients, providing regular updates on sales activity and performance.

1. A thorough knowledge of the company’s Service Level Agreements is essential.
2. A comprehensive understanding of the Residential Sales market and conveyancing process.
3. Working knowledge of relevant processes, policies, and standards.
