Job Overview
Forrest Recruitment is working alongside a well-regarded, small family-run business, established for over 15 years. Due to internal movements, they are seeking an experienced Administrator who can also support with Accounts duties, working alongside the company FC and accounts team. Our client is looking for someone with previous office experience who wants to grow their career over time. You will manage a busy email inbox and support mainly with the Purchase Ledger function. You will provide vital support to the accounts function with duties such as:
* Providing office administration support
* Monitoring the email inbox
* Managing the company accounts ledgers
* Assisting the FC with Financial Admin
* Updating the Sage 5 system with all financial transactions
* Dealing with general enquiries
The ideal candidate must have previous administration and accounting experience, be able to adapt to new systems quickly, and work as part of a team while also utilizing their own initiative. The company offers free onsite parking, a company pension plan after probation, and additional annual leave.
