Working hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm, subject to company requirements.
Our Yorkshire office is currently seeking a talented, dedicated resourcer who thrives in a rapidly expanding and busy environment. A driving license is required as you may need to visit schools that are further away or in remote locations.
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who acts with passion, honesty, and integrity. The ability to adapt your communication style, both written and verbal, to the needs of each candidate is essential.
You should be deadline and target-oriented, pride yourself on maintaining a consistently high standard of work, and possess an excellent eye for detail and quality. A driven, ambitious person who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is ideal. A great sense of humour would be a huge advantage!
You will be a confident multi-tasker with excellent time management skills, able to quickly adapt to changing needs and priorities.

The role involves:
1. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, work culture, and environment.
2. Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in various media.
3. Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships.
4. Building strong working relationships with current clients.
5. Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
6. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
7. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
8. Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
9. Working towards and exceeding targets related to the number of candidates placed.
10. Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
