Technical Competencies and Qualifications: Job Specific Competencies Minimum 5 years Management Experience in a FMCG environment. Recognised Senior Management Qualification – preferably degree standard. Project Management experience. Effective Financial Management. Establishes monthly dedicated Safety Management meetings with mandatory agenda items (prioritise by risk base). Attends monthly environment management forum to discuss current aspects and site environmental performance Provides/sources appropriate information, instruction and training, including establishing procedures and safety and environmental performance standards for each job. Undertakes safety audits and inspections. Investigates all unsafe practices, incidents and injury accidents. Able to interrogate and investigate inventory accuracy and machine down time discrepancies. Reviews and monitors all financial control and budget.
