Job summary An opportunity has arisen to apply for the role of Administrator within the Wirral Complex Needs Service (CNS). The Complex Needs Service plays a role in delivering mental health care for adults with personality-based difficulties and complex trauma. The post-holder will provide a quality, comprehensive administrative, secretarial and organisational service for the CNS multi-disciplinary team so that the team effectively function in co-ordinating and implementing direct and indirect psychological care to our client group, whilst also helping to support the wider system that works with our clients. The post holder would benefit from having some experience working in an administrative role within mental health services and ideally have an empathetic, non-judgemental and caring approach towards the client group CNS support.. Main duties of the job To provide a quality, comprehensive administrative, secretarial and organisational service in supporting a multi-disciplinary team within specialist mental health. Organise own case load of work and prioritise urgent tasks when required. Key elements of the role include supporting in the preparation of meetings and taking minutes, general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the team. Monitoring of duty emails and duty calls and communicating effectively with clients is essential for this role.
