What you will enjoy doing
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mechanical Engineering team and provide technical guidance and support on a wide range of mechanical equipment, including piping, valves, pressure vessels, tanks, rotating machinery, and transportable pressure equipment
In this role, you will be responsible for Mechanical Engineering deliverables for projects and operations across the UK & Ireland, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget and to customer requirements
You will ensure all work is done safely and in compliance with all company rules, relevant standards, and legislation
You will contribute to and collaborate with others to deliver continuous improvements, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and utilise digital tools to drive productivity
What makes you great
You'll possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, ideally a Master's degree, but we could also consider a Bachelor's
In addition, you'll have post-graduate experience in an operations or engineering company, and preferably some experience of pressure equipment and systems
You'll be action oriented, customer focussed and have high levels of integrity
You'll have great communication and interpersonal skills, which will help you collaborate with others
Finally, you'll show personal commitment towards your development, and you'll be keen to share your knowledge and experiences whilst learning from others
