What is great about the role? As a Business Co-Ordinator - Supply Chain you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers' homes, facilities, and commercial spaces are well maintained. This role allows you to shape operational excellence by managing relationships between Pobl Trades, subcontractors, and material suppliers. You’ll also provide support to the Trades team and senior management, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service delivery. Where does this role fit in? This role sits at the heart of our Trades team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll coordinate key operational processes. By maintaining systems, monitoring performance, and managing data accuracy, you’ll contribute directly to achieving our service and performance goals. What skills and experience do you need? We’re looking for someone with strong administrative experience, ideally within a customer focused repairs and maintenance setting. You should have excellent communication and IT skills, the ability to train and inspire teams, and a good understanding of health and safety practices. The salary for this role is £33,157 for a 40 hour full time permanent position This is a hybrid role, with the majority of onsite time being at our Swansea Trades office. The role does include attending our Cwmbran office too. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence with access to a vehicle 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service Mileage paid at 45 per mile All other internal benefits What’s FREDIE?
