About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a CPD Events Coordinator to join our team in RIBA North. As CPD Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the CPD Provider Network events and overseeing all operational aspects for both the face-to-face events around the UK and the online learning hours and conferences. You will liaise with both providers and delegates to provide an excellent customer experience and work closely with our members and regional teams to maximise membership opportunities. You will also be responsible for the pre and post-event administration, while supporting the wider CPD Team when necessary.
What are we looking for?
* Excellent administrative skills with good attention to detail obtained through previous working in an office environment
* Experience of building and sustaining working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience of delivering in-person and online events
* Experience of managing and prioritising own workload, meeting challenging deadlines
* Experience of following and implementing established procedures
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience of supporting marketing and communications activity across social media platforms.
