This is a hybrid role providing approximately 2 days face to face workin the Basildon and Brentwood area. What you will do in the role If you are keen to develop your knowledge of and exposure to severe and enduring mental health conditions, such as bipolar affective disorder, psychosis, complex PTSD, EUPD and schizophrenia as well as develop your clinical skills then this is the role for you. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Psychologist to deliver hybrid care (face-to face and remote delivery) to patients living in the Basildon and Brentwood area in our PT SMHP service. You will join an established team of therapists who deliver a range of evidence-based psychological treatments to adults with complex mental health needs which fall outside the remit of primary care NHS Talking Therapies provision and who do not warrant specialist input from secondary care services. You will help deliver group-based interventions as well as work with patients on a one-to-one basis. You will be well supported by receiving regular clinical supervision by a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist and will be offered relevant continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities. Are you a passionate Assistant Psychologist, can you demonstrate?
