Job summary We are seeking an organized and proactive Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of incoming service requests. These requests will cover a range of services, including portering, linen, and specialized cleaning. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the timely allocation and resolution of service requests, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery within the hospital.
