I am recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a very well established business. The Customer Services Department plays a key role as they manage all of their customers’ requirements on a daily basis. The areas dealt with by the Customer Services Department can range from arranging a collection, chasing a consignment delivery status, providing quote information, offering shipping advice and providing timed and special delivery services.
The role is office based Monday to Friday.
Key Tasks:
1. Dealing with all incoming customer calls
2. Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries) / proactive tracking
3. Resolving any misrouted or lost shipments
4. Completing daily/monthly reports
5. Completing customer bookings
6. Confidently quoting clients and obtaining special options/costs where necessary
