Connect2Luton are excited to recruit a CX Project Reporting Lead on behalf of Luton Borough Council. Main purpose of position: The Reporting Lead on the Housing Replacement Project will be responsible for understanding the requirements for reports for data validation (for validating data loads) and for business reporting, determining how best to provide these and developing the required reports. The role requires a resource that has previous experience of developing reports on Civica CX Housing projects. You will be responsible to: ·To determine and specify requirements for data validation reports required for ensuring that business are able to assess/validate that the data that has been migrated from the legacy systems has been fully and correctly migrated and to the right fields in CX Housing. ·To build and test the data validation reports and run these during the data load. ·To determine and specify the Day 1 reporting requirements, and assess how best these are delivered. · To build and test the required reports. ·Support the UAT by providing guidance on using the reports to business users and documenting issues (in the Issues Log) coming out of UAT and addressing these internally or via Civica UAT support. ·Working with the Training Lead and trainers to help develop training material, and support delivery of training on reports. ·Work on preparations for cutover, ensuring configuration copied across in Live system is correct. ·At cutover, run the data validation reports for business to carry out data validation post the live data load. ·Provide support to users during Early Life Support, ensuring reports are working in the Live environment. Skills and Experience In depth experience of sourcing candidates in a challenging market In-depth experience of CRM and/or recruitment systems Demonstrable experience of developing strong relationships with candidates Able to consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of people at all levels, both inside and outside of the council Strong analytical and data analytical skills and the ability to write and present clear reports Able to work to tight deadlines is a fast-paced work environment In depth knowledge of recruitment and attraction strategies in a challenging market Understanding of Employer branding and how to promote the council as an employer of choice.
