A rare opportunity has arisen with Olympia for a Head of Health and Safety to join the Estates team.
Establishing and Leading the Health and Safety function, you will play a critical role in leading the strategic and operational focus to develop the organisation's approach to Health and Safety, collaborating cross functionally to embed a world class culture.

The successful Head of Health and Safety will:
* Have a proven track record in environments with heavy public interaction, such as stadiums, shopping centres, or large events, ensuring safety measures that are both effective and visitor-friendly.
* Possess expertise in health and safety legislation, you’ll create a comprehensive safety strategy tailored to Olympia’s needs.
* Have strong relationship building skills, you will have a personable and pragmatic approach and ability to build trust across various stakeholders, making safety a shared priority for everyone involved.
In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of:
* Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus
