As a Guest Relations Manager you will be responsible for: Creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring that service is smooth, prompt and professional. Providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention. Being an exceptional brand ambassador Supporting implementation of the customer recognition/service program. Improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed. Intervening in any guest/employee situation as needed to ensure the integrity of the property is maintained, guest satisfaction is achieved, and employee wellbeing is preserved. Serving as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills Replying back to all guests’ reviews Assisting with daily check ins/ outs Undertaking Duty Management shifts Overseeing the M Lounge ensuring it is always staffed, well-maintained, and operating smoothly to enhance guest satisfaction.
