Job Title: Graduate Maritime Services Software Engineer

Salary: £34,000 & £2,000 welcome bonus

What you will be doing:
As a Software Engineering Graduate within our Radar Team (Product and Training Services Group), you will create cutting edge software for our hardware and be involved in the entire lifecycle of a product, from design and development to integration. Work closely with both Electronic and Systems engineers, you’ll enable the development of complex real-world systems that have to perform perfectly every time, as the consequences of failure could be catastrophic.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Produce and maintain a software design to meet a set of software requirements
• Use a software design to produce a deliverable software solution
• Test a software solution to prove that it meets its design aims and requirements
• Maintain a software solution to address reported defects and/or add new functionality
• Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of Maritime Services software related processes
Skills:
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software or Computer Related STEM Degree.
