We are looking for a newly established role of HR Manager to be based out of our Birmingham operations. The role will be a mix of transactional support for the exec team member and their departments as well as managing the HR and Payroll team which consists of 3 regional HRBP, Project & Data Manager and a Payroll Manager.
Duties will include the following:
1. Managing all the day-to-day generalist activity in the exec team members' departments which will include ER, performance management support, engagement activities, etc.
2. Managing 3 HRBP who work in a regional role, supporting their development and providing HR guidance.
3. Managing the Payroll Manager and ensuring that payroll is delivered on time and accurately each month.
4. Managing the Project & Data Manager day-to-day and coordinating the data required from the exec and heads of department, working with the manager to support projects being delivered on time and to requirement when needed.
5. Leading the annual pay review.
6. Leading the annual engagement survey with actions and outputs.
7. Delivering any change management programmes required by the business.
8. Liaising with the Chief of Staff to ensure all required information is provided for the exec team and board via KPI packs and reports.
Experience:
1. You will need to have strong generalist HR knowledge with an emphasis on ER and TUPE.
2. You will need prior experience of leading a team.
3. Ability to work with a complex landscape and find solutions for the business.
4. Ability to work with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
