Main Purpose of the Role: To provide professional recruitment support and administration function to the HR Department, with a particular focus on recruitment; acting as a reliable source of information and advice about best recruitment practice, processing all recruitment-related administration within agreed timescales and providing excellent customer service. To be the administrative lead for the day-to-day management of Style Acre’s sponsorship license when recruiting individuals who require this in order to work in the UK. Person Specification: Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications, Professional Memberships & Training : Experience of working in a recruitment role and/or administrative role GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English / Diploma Level 2 in associated subject essential Full Clean British/European Driving Licence with own vehicle. Computer literate at intermediate level in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, Outlook Communication, Engagement & Relationships: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. An inclusive approach to communication for the people we support. Team Skills: Work collaboratively with the HR Team as well as other teams and individuals throughout the organisation. Flexible approach to work with a can do attitude. A team player able to throw their hand to support colleagues with tasks not necessarily related to their own job responsibilities. Analytical, Problem Solving & Judgement Skills: Excellent administrative and organisational skills, great attention to detail. Able to work under pressure effectively and be able to respond to shifting priorities. Planning & Organisational Skills: Ability to organise, plan and prioritise on own initiative, including when under pressure and meeting deadlines. Produce timely and informative reports. Ability to prioritise workloads. Able to think and work logically and on own initiative. Standards & Compliance: Work to General Data Protection Regulations to ensure the recruitment material adheres to these. Working within Employment Law to ensure compliance and best practice across recruitment.
