You will be a registered practitioner with an active registration with a professional body who has a drive and passion for quality, safety, service improvement, and transformation of services.
Main duties of the job
Working alongside the Directorate Manager & Clinical Director, you will provide a highly visible & supportive presence inspiring the professional development of nursing whilst ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe patient care across all areas within the Directorate.
This exciting opportunity will support the development of your existing skills enhancing your leadership, professional & people management within the clinical environment. As a role model, you will influence and contribute to the development of nursing and allied health professions across the Division and Trust.

* NMC registration or AHP professional registration
* Evidence of continuous management development
Experience
* Experience in leading a service
* Able to demonstrate acquisition of professional knowledge in clinical practice equivalent to a master's level
