About our client: - Industry: Local Authority - Contract Type: Temporary - Start Date: January 6th, 2025 - End Date: August 1st, 2025 - Contract Length: 7 months - Working Pattern: Full Time Responsibilities and Benefits: Collaborate with children, young people, and their parents/carers to identify and meet their educational needs. Preparation and timely amendment of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in accordance with relevant legislation. Maintain effective communication with young people and their parents/carers throughout the assessment and review process. Liaise with various agencies, such as NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups, and Social Care, to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
