What you will be doing:
1. Ensuring the customers voice is embedded at the heart of our decision making and reflected in the way we deliver our services.
2. Support the community engagement manager to deliver a range of customer engagement activities.
3. Helping to deliver the customer engagement expectations set out in the Regulatory Consumer Standards, Social Housing Act and the Building safety Act.
4. Promoting the outcomes of engagement both to customers and colleagues through a range of communications channels.
5. Providing administrative support to all bpha involved customers, and the service improvement panel to enable them to effectively scrutinise our performance.
