Responsibilities
1. Manage dedicated cloud customer relationships to ensure region delivery expectations are clear, communicated, and issues are resolved in a timely manner
2. Provide a single point of contact for customer leadership and project teams
3. Own work-back schedules, generating communications and presentations, and planning and coordinating meetings
4. Take large, complex projects and break them down into tasks, milestones, and deliverables
5. Implement, streamline, and coordinate organizational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
6. Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and negotiate tradeoffs to balance business needs and technical constraints to support customer success
7. Lead interactions with cross-functional teams consisting of Engineers, Product Managers and executive leadership
8. Provide executive status updates to stakeholders, both internally and externally, and escalate issues as necessary
9. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and complete for handoff to downstream processes that enable continued customer success
Preferred Qualifications
10. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
11. Eight (8+) or more years managing high visibility implementation projects and/or customer engagements
12. A skilled problem-solver and strategic thinker who takes ownership
13. The ability to work autonomously, make high impact decisions, and judgement calls
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
15. Thrive in an innovative, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment
16. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
17. The ability to travel to customer site or local office up to ~20%
Career Level - IC5
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
