Our Customer Contact Centre manages leads generated through our client companies’ websites and initiates outbound leads using customer databases. Our esteemed client roster includes the leading home improvement manufacturer, Conservatory Outlet Group, and the rapidly growing UPVC decking specialist, Lakeland Verandahs.
Working from our Customer Contact Centre at the Town Hall Business Centre, in Wallsend, you will be responsible for generating brand-new appointments through outbound calls with existing customers. The role requires exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanour to establish rapport with prospects, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and proficiency in selling product benefits over the phone.

What We Require
* Typical earnings around £30,000 per year for 40 hours per week.
* Flexible working hours (full or part-time).
