Our morning shifts are from 7am - 2pm & evenings are from 4pm - 10pm.

As a Visiting Care Professional, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Some of your responsibilities include:
* Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
* Assisting with mobility and transfers
* Administering medication and monitoring health conditions
* Preparing and serving meals according to dietary needs
* Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and errands
* Engaging in meaningful conversation and activities with clients
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
* Taking action and raising concerns if suspecting any safeguarding issues
* Maintaining professional boundaries in your work
* Accessing the Employee handbook and understanding and working within organisational policies, procedures and guidance
To become a Home Care Assistant with GoodOaks you will need:
* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Prior experience as a care assistant is desirable but not essential
* A caring and compassionate nature
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work as part of a team
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Must be able to pass a background check
