This is a varied role, and you’ll be working on several projects concurrently, and we’ll want to hear your ideas about how to elevate our work. One day you’ll be working on increasing engagement with our social media channels and thinking about new content to engage our audiences, the next you’ll be editing long-form content and ensuring it’s written in just the right way to reflect our brand tone of voice or advising colleagues on accessibility standards. Because you’ll be working across lots of workstreams and projects, you’ll need to build positive working relationships with teams across the organisation, and we’ll be looking to you to think of new ideas to meet our goals. The successful candidate will have: Significant experience of website management, including content development, auditing webpages, accessibility standards. Significant experience in managing social media accounts and strategies, paid advertising campaigns and production of content. Experience of multi-media content creation including audio, video, and written content. Demonstrable knowledge of producing, editing and publishing customer- focused, SEO-optimised digital copy. Experience of working within a communications and marketing department, successfully prioritising the execution of multiple integrated marketing campaigns and activities.
