As a Force Control Room (FCR) Trainer, you will be responsible for initial IT and soft skills training for our new Call Handlers, Radio Dispatchers, Acting and Substantive Supervisors, Police Sergeants and Force Duty Managers (Chief Inspectors). You will be responsible for delivering ongoing training and support around IT systems for the FCR, as well as providing continuous professional development for the department.

The working hours for this role will average 37 hours per week. This role will predominantly be Monday to Friday but there may be occasions where some weekend or evening work is required. The role will be based at GTEC, Waterwells, and will report to the FCR Lead Trainer.
