A friendly, family-run, Group Head Office in Baker Street is looking for a full-time Team Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities will include: Assisting directors with projects, travel arrangements and expense reporting Coordinating meetings and calls Liaising with suppliers and service providers (e.g. energy, IT and telephone, printers, couriers, cleaners, kitchen supplies), ordering supplies, and initiating supplier payments Managing correspondence/post Bookkeeping and accounting projects Handling and archiving electronically-stored information Processing expenses Internet research assignments The ideal candidate will: Have strong organisation and communication skills. Be self-motivated, work well in a small team, and enjoy a challenge. Be competent in using Microsoft 365 Adobe Acrobat. Have an interest in bookkeeping, accounting and data analysis. Enjoy learning new skills and contributing to efficiency improvements. Have a calm and friendly approach, and a good sense of humour.
