Hobson Prior is seeking a Product Manager to join a dynamic commercial team. This role focuses on managing the product lifecycle, defining product improvements, and translating business strategy into product development. The successful candidate will act as the voice of the customer, defining requirements and creating go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities:
1. Manage the product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life.
2. Identify and prioritize beneficial product improvements.
3. Translate business strategy into product development roadmaps.
4. Define customer requirements and develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing and volume forecasts.
5. Deliver talks, webinars, and provide commercial training to distributors and partners.
6. Create marketing and sales tools for various stakeholders.
7. Ensure successful ROI for product development through KPI tracking.
8. Conduct competitor analysis and understand the market landscape.
9. Define core value propositions for the technology.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Scientific knowledge or direct PAT sensor experience.
2. Understanding of the biotechnology industry and bioprocessing solutions.
3. Product-related experience.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Scientific writing skills are beneficial.
6. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
