The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of operational quality control on site, delivering focused quality systems/documentation (QMS) with an emphasis on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximizing production efficiencies. The ideal candidate will come from an engineering-based quality background, ideally with ISO 9001 certification and quality audits. In addition, you should be able to work on your own initiative and ensure all production is delivered on time to strict quality standards. You will be the focus of all quality procedures on site and will be dealing with all levels within this large group from shop floor to senior management and director level. This will in turn give you a fantastic opportunity to develop your own career path to a management or senior role within this supportive and growing organization.
