If you're a passionate and driven graduate who wants to make a real impact in the EV industry, then we want to hear from you Main Tasks & Responsibilities You'll be responsible for managing project quality KPIs; keeping a close eye on their status during development & once a new vehicle is launched and communicating progress to senior management throughout. Proactive and resourceful, you'll lead the preparation for milestone meetings, working across teams to ensure everyone's on the same page. You'll be the bridge between R&D sections, sharing information, resolving concerns, and facilitating problem-solving across disciplines. You'll play a vital role in supporting a core element of our vehicle development activities; ensuring we deliver a quality product to our customers. In the role you’ll gain exposure to all areas of the business, collaborate with experts across the organisation and see first-hand how component development, testing, program management, product planning, & manufacturing all work together to bring a vehicle to life. Entry Requirements You must hold or expect to achieve the following qualification(s): Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree graded 2:1 or above in any engineering (or similar) discipline. Sufficient evidence of your right to work in the UK will be required. Your right to work in the UK or VISA must extend until September 2027 in order for you to qualify for this position. Skills & Experience The successful candidate should hav e the following skills or experience: Previous work experience in engineering, either on placement, work experience or through volunteering. Team player who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Keen eye for detail & analytical mind that can interpret & document data effectively. Someone that can manage complex tasks simultaneously. The ability to communicate clearly & concisely, both verbally & in writing. Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills.
