We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive Content Partner to join our client’s leading engineering company on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance. Plan, create, and optimise high-quality content across various channels, such as websites, social media, blogs, and other digital media. Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation to performance tracking, ensuring continuous improvements based on data-driven insights. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and engineering, to ensure all content aligns with company goals and messaging. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content planning and optimisation. Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of content plans to meet business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders for content creation and distribution. The successful Senior Executive Content Partner will have: Essential: 2-3 years of proven experience in content planning, strategy, and creative copywriting. Familiarity with the content lifecycle and experience in managing content roadmaps and calendars. A strong understanding of content optimisation strategies across social media and digital platforms. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools. Data-driven approach to content performance analysis and strategy refinement. Desirable: Experience in sports content is a plus but not a requirement. Prior experience in engineering or technical sectors is an advantage. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism).
