Job Description
* Manage and maintain the accounts payable function within the team
* Process invoices, reconcile supplier statements and deal with payment queries
* Assist with month end closing
* Perform daily bank reconciliations
* Compile and sort invoices and checks
* Prepare analysis of accounts
* Provide timely response to all vendor inquiries
* Support the wider finance team as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* A background in Accounting & Finance
* Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
* Experience in a similar role within the retail industry
