* Attending meetings with Directors and key stakeholders, both internally and externally
* Collaborating closely with Insolvency Practitioners to develop and implement case strategies, ensuring case progression
* Delegating tasks as needed
* Supporting business development through participation in networking events
* Working with the team to optimise processes and improve efficiency
* Engaging in training and professional development activities
* Upholding ethical and transparent conduct in all actions and communications
* Reviewing and preparing documentation in line with statutory requirements
* Conducting site visits and handling related matters
* Ensuring timely and compliant case progress
* Reviewing and improving case work prepared by Case Administrators
* Handling cases involving assets or complex matters
* Supporting Case Administrators with workload management and case progression
* Assisting Insolvency Practitioners with case progression and compliance matters
* Providing training and support to Case Administrators
