Wimborne St Giles First School is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join our amazing team! We pride ourselves on being a happy, warm, and welcoming school with children at the heart of everything we do. As the face of the school, we are looking for a person who is personable and confident while managing multiple tasks.
This role has a lot to offer, with no two days being the same. You will be the first point of contact for parents and responsible for the management of the School Information Management system. Previous experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential. Wimborne St Giles First School is part of a Multi Academy Trust, and although this role is independent within the school, this person will be supported by a group of school administrators from across the Trust.
This role is for 14 hours per week across 3 days and includes MDSA responsibilities:
1. Monday: 8:30am to 1:30pm
2. Thursday: 8:30am to 1:30pm
3. Friday: 9:30am to 1:30pm
The role is term time only, 38 weeks per year, and is fixed term until 31/08/2026.
