Social Media Executive – Fast-Growing Boutique Fitness Brand
We’re looking for a creative, ambitious, and highly motivated Social Media Executive to join the team at one of London’s most exciting fitness and wellness brands. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of social content and storytelling across multiple platforms—while learning, growing, and progressing quickly within a company on an exciting upward trajectory.

Salary: £30,000-£33,000
Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).
Reporting to: Head of Marketing / Senior Leadership Team
The Role...
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
* Co-own the social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
* Support brand awareness, engagement, and sales through creative campaigns and daily content.
* Stay plugged into cultural trends, industry updates and platform shifts- keeping content current and fresh.
* Build and manage a platform-specific content calendar that’s reactive, timely, and exciting.
2. Content Creation
* Be hands-on with content: filming Reels, editing TikToks, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and producing both high-quality and lo-fi posts.
* Collaborate with coaches, creatives, and members to spotlight real stories, partnerships, and the energy of the gym.
* Edit and publish content quickly—striking a balance between polished and in-the-moment.
* Create graphics, captions, and visual assets that are always on-brand and engaging.
3. Community Management
* Act as the digital voice of the brand: responding to DMs, comments, tags and mentions with energy, warmth, and wit.
* Build relationships with members, ambassadors, and influencers across platforms.
* Engage with our online community to turn followers into fans and content into conversation.
4. Partner & Influencer Activation
* Help manage partnerships with influencers and collaborators -organising shoots, capturing joint content, and nurturing authentic relationships.
* Support the planning and promotion of events, pop-ups and activations -often attending and creating live content on-site.
* Be the connection between the brand and its wider network -on the ground and online.
5. Website & Digital Marketing Support
* Liaise with external agencies for paid ads (Meta + Google), gathering creative assets and reviewing performance.
* Contribute to email marketing campaigns and subscriber engagement via platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
* Help maintain the website ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
The Person...
* A London-based creative with a passion for fitness, content creation, and digital culture.
* Experience managing or supporting brand social accounts (especially Instagram + TikTok).
* Great communicator -written and verbal -with a strong sense of brand voice and visual storytelling.
* Confident behind the camera and editing content on-the-go.
* Organised and proactive, with an eye for detail and a love for multi-tasking.
* Curious, collaborative, and hungry to learn.
* Experience with Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Canva or Adobe Suite is a bonus.
