We are looking for a friendly and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our growing team and be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at one of our Rapport client’s offices in Edinburgh City. You will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the front office. The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms, and you will play a crucial role in delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests, offering a one-stop-shop service from reservation through to client journey experience. This is a part-time, permanent role (24.5 hours per week). The shifts from Monday to Friday are from 1 PM to 5 PM with flexibility in the hours as per business needs. The position comes with an excellent benefit of subsidised meals while on duty.
