Administrator & Events Coordinator - Maternity Cover
Are you a highly organised individual who is seeking part time hours to work around other commitments?
We are supporting a well-established company based in Loughton with recruiting for an Administrator & Events Coordinator on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a part time opportunity working 2-3 days per week (7.5 hours per day). The salary is paying between £28k-£30k pro-rata (DOE) and the role is office-based with free parking on site.
Duties will include:
Booking and arranging venues and sending out invitations for corporate and social events and conferences
Responsible for internal communications and uploading onto the business website and other social platforms with company updates
Organising photography for the business when required
Assisting with reports and diary management
Supporting with general administrative tasks to support the team
As you will be handling internal communications, organising events, and supporting with general administration, you must be a strong communicator with excellent people skills and high attention to detail. You must also have knowledge using different IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
If you are a quick learner who enjoys talking to people, then this is the role for you! You must be available to start immediately or within a short notice period - to complete a full handover.
