Job Title: Roving Facilities Manager
Location: Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne
Contract Details: Permanent
Salary: From £35,000 per annum + Car Allowance

As the Roving Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the effective management of health, safety, and facilities across a multi-site, multi client portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and monitoring the delivery of both hard and soft services on site to ensure high levels of performance
Conducting regular contract meetings with suppliers and assessing their performance and compliance
Procuring goods and services in line with departmental procedures
Validating invoices and monitoring expenditure
Managing and coordinating minor works on site
Conducting regular property inspections and reporting on health and safety, property condition, and service delivery
