Administration Assistant: AA006 Location: Stokesley, North Yorkshire. Hours: Full time 37 ½ hours per week. The successful applicant will form part of an established administrative team based at our Head Office in Stokesley, North Yorkshire. The team delivers central administrative functions and support to the company which provides social care support to people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs across North Yorkshire, Teesside and County Durham. We wish to recruit an experienced person to fit into this role, but full training and support will be available to less experienced candidates. To do this you will have to demonstrate skills and experience across a range of areas: Assist with administration of PIPS Payroll for example: Inputting data into a payroll Experience with dealing and resolving queries Inputting data onto a spreadsheet Reconciliation of journals Inputting information onto Sage50 Take Minutes, copy type, transcribe accurately from audio recording at a minimum speed of 50 words a minute. Highly motivated and can work independently Administration of company E-Learning and Policy systems Regular updating of reports and spreadsheets for companywide governance. Assist in the running of PIPS social media accounts. To provide support to those who are working within the office who have a learning disability. Assist with PIPS recruitment which includes setting and attending jobs fairs.
