As part of this nationally recognised team, you’ll work on a diverse range of commercial properties, delivering high-quality business rates advice to some of the UK’s most prominent occupiers and landlords.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert ratings advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Conduct detailed property inspections and valuations.
* Negotiate with local authorities and represent clients at valuation tribunals.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and market trends.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
* MRICS qualified (or working towards).
* Proven experience as a Ratings Surveyor.
* Strong knowledge of rating legislation and valuation principles.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work within London, Manchester or Birmingham.
