We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Lettings Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our portfolio of properties.
Job Overview:
As a Property Lettings Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance issues across our properties. You will be the first point of contact for tenants and contractors, ensuring that maintenance requests are handled efficiently and that properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main liaison between tenants, property managers, landlords and contractors for all maintenance-related issues.
2. Manage the maintenance platform used for reporting maintenance issues.
3. Schedule and coordinate repairs, inspections, and general maintenance for residential properties.
4. Track maintenance requests and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with a network of reliable contractors and service providers.
6. Obtain quotes for repairs and maintenance and ensure that work is completed to the required standard.
7. Handle maintenance-related queries and requests from tenants in a professional and efficient manner.
8. Provide updates to tenants on the status of their maintenance requests.
9. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, and contractor, tenant and landlord communications.
10. Provide regular updates and reports regarding the status of maintenance tasks.
11. Property Compliance - arranging remedial works.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with tenants, contractors, and landlords.
3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
4. This position would suit someone who has an administrative background within the Trades Industry.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
