Job Title: Welder/Fabricator - Repair
Location: Coventry
Work Hours: 6:00am - 4:00pm (1-hour unpaid break), 45 hours per week
Pay (PAYE): £18.00 per hour
Overtime: Saturday overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out skip repairs using appropriate welding and fabrication methods
* Perform additional welding and maintenance tasks across the site as required
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site regulations
* Inspect and assess damage or wear on skips and equipment
* Keep accurate records of work completed and report any further repair needs
Requirements:
* Proven experience in welding and fabrication (site-based experience preferred)
* Ability to work independently and manage workload across a busy site
* Strong understanding of health and safety practices in a heavy-duty environment
* Flexibility to undertake varied repair tasks beyond skip work
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic, especially for early starts
