The Assets Service is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor who will assist in the management of the Council’s land and property. The Council has a diverse property portfolio including land, offices, and commercial properties. You would be responsible for carrying out day-to-day management including lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations, and assisting with a wide range of property matters. The role requires RICS Chartered Status; however, we would consider applications if you have extensive experience within the property sector. A comprehensive package of training and support is available to assist employees with their career development and progression.
