HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS ROLE (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
The Project Manager provides support for planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, processes, and systems within Agrace, helping to drive initiatives by coordinating resources and ensuring projects progress effectively.
1. Project Management: Lead assigned projects to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Utilize project management tools and principles to define scope, monitor timelines, and develop contingency plans. Assess resources, develop status reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and establish effective communication channels.
2. Project Resources: Educate and support management and project teams on process improvement, project, and change management techniques. Review project documents and serve as a resource through coaching and education.
3. Project Governance: Develop standardized project management tools for organization-wide use. Stay updated on trends in project management processes and tools.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Health Care Administration, Project Management, or Business Administration
* 3+ years of managing large-scale, cross-departmental projects
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within six months
* Strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools
* Ability to assess project status quickly and adapt accordingly
* Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
* Systemic thinking and understanding of policy implications
* Analytical skills for developing options and solutions
* Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent customer service skills across organizational levels
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams
* Lean/Six Sigma certifications or experience is a plus
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs
* Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
