Credit Controller
Location: Poole
Estimated Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Poole. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment collections, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including account balances, payment history, and credit limits.
* Ensure timely payment collections from customers, following up on outstanding payments and negotiating payment plans as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer transactions are accurately recorded and that payment terms are clearly communicated.
* Identify and mitigate potential credit risks, reporting any concerns to management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
