Being part of theteam is truly a rewarding and fulfilling experience. Your new role Step into a senior andpivotal position where you\'ll lead as the Senior EMEA Finance Manager. You will be taking ownership of the reporting for the EMEAdivision, leading the statutory and management reporting for multipleinternational entities. Half-year and yearly reporting closing procedures,duty, indirect, and income tax.
You willmanage the audit and work closely with the global shared services team. The jobwill also involve business partnering with key stakeholders, includingtreasury, tax, and risk. You will have a licence to drive efficiency andimprove processes and procedures. You will be a champion for ensuring highstandards of accounting and represent the global head office across the region.You will work directly with the senior finance team. You will be expected tocoach and develop more junior members of the finance team. What you\'ll need to succeed Toexcel in this role, you will be a CA / ACCA / ACA qualified accountant withexperience in large global businesses or accounting firms. Your backgroundshould include a strong track record in statutory reporting and the ability tochampion standards within a multicultural global workforce. You must also haveleadership skills and a passion for learning, aligning with our values ofteamwork and employee well-being.
