Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Consultant: Coordinate and conduct property viewings. Register and qualify applicants to the highest standard. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. Manage key handovers. Collaborate with the Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Who We're Looking For Proven experience in the lettings industry, preferably in a similar role. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. Able to handle a varied workload and adjust to changing priorities seamlessly. Self-motivated and exceptional organisational skills A valid driving licence ( essential )
